Tummy @ Week 22

Since I am updating my personal blog..might as well update our newbie's one too with the below picture

Week 20 Detailed Scanned Checkup

Sat we went for Checkup and as usual, Raphael woke up super early around 7++am...

The checkup was fine, with Dr Kek saying the lungs look ok, the heart is with 4 chambers, blood flow to n fro of the heart is good, the bones in arms, thighs and legs are fine...the spine is good...the brains are well...the eyes sockets are there, with the eyeballs, the lips are fine, nose high, still a BOY...haha

the boy is tall, 413grams at week 20!!

well..she really know my secret wish that it will change to a girl...before i got a chance to ask her or decided to ask her..she already went to show me the part... ok lor...

one comment she highlighted to me really disturbed me alot... that the placenta looks low and if this goes on for the 32weeks scan, we may have to go to c-section...but the placenta may slow goes up as the womb stretches itself over the next 12 week....so there is nothing i can do to change it..becoz this is how and where the eggg was being implanted.... hmm...also have nothing to do with carrying our Darling Raphael...

i went to google about this placenta low and find that this is not so alarming before week 28 when the gynae highlight it to u....as its still early to worry as the womb may stretch and move up...so still have chance to have natural birth later on..

but the complications later on if the placenta is still low is may have bleeding occurring and also may have premature birth..waaah...the more i google the more worried i am...

just hope that it will move up and i can go for natural birth..which will heal faster..the thought of being cut up is so eerie and scary... YUCKS!!!

64kg @ Week 20!

Its abit depressing with the weighing scale registering a heavier and heavier me...

But on lighter note, I am into the 20th week and halfway thru!

Will be going to see Dr Kek this Sat and look forward to this detailed scan.

So far the morning sickness was gone almost..why almost? At times I do feel like vomitting... But most of the times I am fine..just that the urge to pee is always there...Sian... I can go toilet every hour.... abit tiring especially in office as toilet is so far away!! hahaa

20 more weeks to go...Will HE come out in 5th Feb? 4th Feb? Not sure yet.. Lets See!

Baby Movement @ Week 17!!

The movement of the little boy is much more distinct and easier to identify lor!
In fact I start to feel the slight kick in my tummy after the scan @ week 16, then on week 17, seems like the kick is much more stronger...either he is having hiccups or kicking me?

Not very sure but this is surely something worth happy about..at least he is getting bigger day by day!

Even right now when I am typing away, I can feel the occassionally kick...heheee...
